On entering the Public Safety Complex on court day turn right and enter the double doors that lead to the court room. The on duty clerk will be at the front left of the room. Check in with the clerk on your arrival. If you desire to speak with the Municipal Prosecutor let the clerk know and you will be issued a number. After check in the line to meet with the Prosecutor forms in the lobby. If you have no need to speak with the Prosecutor you should sit in the court room.
The use of electronic devices [cell phones, pagers, mp3 players] and the consumption of food and drink is prohibited in the court room.
If you have any questions about your court appearance please address them to the court personnel. Police personnel cannot help you with court related issues.
The public safety complex is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act and is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms and vending machines are available in the lobby area. NOTE: There is no public phone in the complex.
If you are going to be late or will not be able to appear for your scheduled court date you must notify the Court. Do Not call the Police Department in this event.
