The annual Borough of Sayreville Independence Day Celebration is scheduled for July 2nd with a rain date of July 3rd in Kennedy Park. The park will be open for activities at 4pm and the fireworks display will begin at dark. Public parking will be available at the Sayreville War Memorial High School, the Sayreville Middle School, and Burke’s Park.
Street parking is available near the park on North Ernston Road. Please observe all traffic and parking regulations. This event is expected to draw a large crowd. Please be prepared for summer time weather and allow extra travel time in anticipation of heavy traffic congestion.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages and the use of fireworks in the park are prohibited.
